Our Training sessions produce lasting results by effectively combining weight lifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and other functional fitness movements. We meet you at YOUR experience levels and guide / support / lead you from there; meaning you get the exact progress levels that you require to see the biggest ‘Bang for your Buck’ in your weekly training sessions.
Our classes are universally scalable meaning they are designed to be equally challenging to all; regardless of past experience or fitness. Sessions focus on proper execution of all movements to achieve an all around level of cardio fitness, strength and stamina. To maximize results we suggest 2-3 days training per week complimented with outdoor activity on any other day of the week. This ensures proper programming, progression, and physical recovery but also a sense of wellbeing, life balance … and happiness!
1-1 FITBOX Basecamp Sessions
We care about your health & knowledge from day #1. For this reason; all new joiners go through our ‘Basecamp Sessions’. These 2 x 1-1 sessions are designed for you to learn the base technique to all majoy Barbell movements along with upskilling your knowledge with Bodyweight movements.( i.e. Lunges, Squats, Burpee’s, Push Ups). Our Basecamp sessions also allow you to form a trusting bond with your Coach. It is important to us that you feel connected with our Team. We have always said, when joining Fitbox – you are not just joining a Gym, you are hiring a Coach.
